I’m Tim Hoeler, the proud co-owner of A-Shored Home Inspections LLC. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I am a USAF veteran and a retired executive from a Fortune 50 company, and my partner Pete is a union carpenter with thirty-four years of experience. We started A-Shored Home Inspections LLC. a year ago to supplement our income, and our life experiences and training have honed keen eyes and a sharp and disciplined edge for details.

In the year we have been in operation, our company has developed the ability to deliver a clear and concise report within forty-eight hours, specific to the property inspected, with a recommendation for correction. We are now well established and generally available to do inspections within a day or two of the attorney review completion. 

I think I can speak for both of us when I say the most enjoyable part of our business is meeting new people. I find client interactions highly rewarding and thrive on the fact my company goes a long way towards helping people make sound decisions and stay safe.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my long-standing belief in putting integrity first. I don’t cut corners, and it shows in the thorough reports we provide our clients.

I attribute my success to our good client relationships and the loyal customer base we have already built. I accordingly take my client’s trust exceptionally seriously and ensure the inspection services I provide are of the highest standard.

The tremendous response and many recommendations my business has received have given me immense satisfaction over the year and continue to inspire my partner and me to do our very best for every client.

When I am not at work, I enjoy being outdoors. I like camping and playing golf when the weather is good. However, I similarly enjoy baseball and am passionate about pretty much everything to do with the game. 

I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, contribute and donate to veterans funds and charities.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
