Tim did a great Job. Our appointment was at 10 AM. I showed up 5 minutes early and Tim was already walking around doing an exterior visual inspection. Throughout the inspection, he showed me everything about the house. He was very professional and had the report back to me very quickly. He then went over the report with me in detail for what I should look for and take note of. The report looked and is very professional with many pictures.
